Policy:

• In departure halls,Exchange & Refund can be made within 30 days (Thirty Days) from the date of purchase
• In arrival halls,Exchange & Refund can be made within 14 days (Fourteen Days) from the date of purchase
• For Exchange or Refund, purchase receipt is necessary to submit at Customer Service desk
• For Exchange & Refund , items purchased must be unused ,in perfect condition ,and in its original packaging
• Refund shall be issued in the same method of payment 
• Exchange or Refund shall be in Arrival halls in case of purchasing from Arrivals
• Gold, Confectionery & Food Stuff, Liquor,Cigar,and Fashion are excluded from exchange and refund policy
